Wrapping up 2022

What a great term it has been at FFL!

We have been busy delivering our various groups and programmes around Leeds. Our families have loved coming along to the groups and have benefitted hugely from the activities and support from the FFL team.
The cost of living crisis has been extremely difficult for many families across Leeds this
Winter. So this Christmas, we have provided many families in Leeds with Christmas
hampers, presents, slow cookers and Christmas story bags. As well as this, we are taking
part in Healthy Holiday programmes across schools in Leeds over the Christmas holidays.
This is a brilliant space for children to take part in fun and festive activities whilst also having
a hot lunch provided.
We are so grateful for our many supporters, volunteers and staff at FFL who make this all
possible! And we look forward to continuing with our groups in the new year.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I’m a Somebody

“Before this group, I felt like a nobody. Now I feel like somebody.” This was the answer 8-year-old Evie gave when asked about the difference our Activity-Based Mentoring Group had made for her. This sums up for us why we do what we do. Everyone deserves to know that they matter, whatever their circumstances and challenges.
