Egg-citing Times

We held our Easter party this year in our teaching room at Leeds Beckett University, swapping grammar for games and books for biscuits! Party snacks included hot cross buns and Simnel cake, which is traditionally eaten at Easter time, and we had fun decorating Easter biscuits in the shapes of eggs, rabbits and chicks…

As part of the evening we also played ‘The Chocolate Game’. Whoever rolls a six has to put on hat scarf and gloves and eat as much of the chocolate Easter egg as possible using just a knife and fork. When someone else in the group rolls a six their chance is over and they give their accessories to the new person….
