It’s the start of the new academic year and we are excited to start our groups again at FFL!
After a short pause over the summer, we are really looking forward to gathering with families to cook, create, learn and have fun!
Looking ahead to the new term, the cost of living crisis feels daunting for many families across Leeds. The support to families that FFL offers feels more important than ever, and we are ready to stand alongside families in this incredibly difficult time.
If you would like to help us provide vital support for families in Leeds, your generous donation will help those who need it most.
Earlier this month we had the privilege of hosting the Chancellor of the Exchequer and Member of Parliament for Leeds West and Pudsey, Rachel Reeves, at a showcase of the work we do to empower families.
“You saved Christmas for us,” Gemima said as we handed over four gift-packed stockings for her kids and three large bags of food.
We were thrilled and honoured to receive this prestigious award as part of HM The King’s Birthday Honours in November last year.
