Enhanced Volunteer Programme

This term we have been thrilled to start our latest Enhanced Volunteer Programme! We
have gathered some of our brilliant volunteers to meet as a group, get to know each other
more and build on skills that underpin their volunteering experience. So far, we have looked
at topics such as hard skills, soft skills and working with children. Many of our volunteers
have been a part of our FFL groups and clubs previously, they have seen the difference that
it has made and now want to give something back.
Susan joined our enhanced volunteer group this term and told us:

‘I like enhanced volunteering cos you meet new people, you can support each other and you
also learn new things’

This sums up for us why we do what we do. Everyone deserves to know that they matter, whatever their circumstances and challenges.
